At FME we have our own Limos, and we use them exclusively for our guests; we are not a Taxi Service. Our Limo rides are One-Way-Direct. Because of our tight schedule, scenic rides and stops are not possible.

Requesting a FREE LIMO BUS remains a "request" until it is confirmed. We cannot guarantee pick-ups due to the high volume of requests. On some occasions, we have to move times or cancel last minute.

Limo times may fluctuate up to 20min prior or be delayed - Don't Panic. We try to be as punctual as possible, but please have your phone ready - on the day of your ride. Important: If we cannot get a hold of you via phone, we may cancel.

We own three limousines capable of accommodating up to 19 guests. Our limousines are available at no charge, but we offer party packages with additional fees to guarantee your pickup time and VIP entrance with no line. In case of any unforeseen circumstances, we have arrangements with a reliable outsourced limo service that we cover the cost for. If all three of our limos are already booked for your desired time slot, one of the rides will automatically be forwarded to the outsourced limo service, resulting in a higher cost for your ride. Additionally, premium limos are available for longer rides over 25km, and the time required for your pickup is factored into the price calculation.. To secure the best rate for our premium limo service, we highly recommend booking early. Additionally, you have the option to book a party without a premium limo and opt for a free limo ride through our website. However, please note that free limo rides are subject to cancellation at any time, and pickup times may fluctuate by up to 20 minutes.

You are putting down a non-refundable deposit for your reservation. Your deposit will be deducted from your total order on your bill.

Your entertainer's performance will begin on the 25-minute mark. The performance lasts 20 minutes.

We cannot guarantee seats after your event, but we will try. You can now add guaranteed seats as a feature before final check out for a regular 6 person booth. Please book bottle service online for premium seats which can also accommodate larger parties. We are set up like a nightclub so seating is limited

**Organizing A Party Can Be Stressful - Let Us Help**

A lot of time and effort goes into every booking that we make. FME places a full non-refundable deposit to entertainers, limos drivers, extra staff, etc, in order to make every party booking successful.

All Bookings are Final however, we can change your date.

Unfortunately we currently do not allow changes to free limo rides. If you would like to make a change, you will have to cancel your ride and request a new one. We do not guarantee availability. To cancel your ride, find your reservation on our website, click the cancel button and follow the steps.
